Wednesday nights in Houston are almost always interesting. I’ve never really known why this is the case, but something weird always happens on Wednesdays. Take this past Wednesday for example: I went out to Guava Lamp and had a few drinks with some friends. Nothing big. Then, around 12:30am, I decided to go home. As I was leaving the bar, I ran into Nikki Snelson, and the following exchange ensued:

I don’t know about you, but I’m on a budget! These are tough economic times and cutbacks have become the norm. For example: I had to get rid of my Cheesecake of the Month membership. Yes, it’s that bad!
