It Gets Better: The Lesbian Musical

The wonderful Swedish musician Marit Bergman (who you might know for last year’s collaboration with Kleerup) recorded this version of “Casey, Hold On” for us last year after it became the official theme song of Stockholm pride. A genuinely touching anthem sung by a young lesbian to her despairing girlfriend, “Casey, Hold On” also fits perfectly into the tenets of Dan Savages current “It Gets Better” campaign. I love this song, and love the message, and hope it might reach some of the people who need it.
