In Pictures: Wedding Day in the District

Last Wednesday they applied, and today they picked up their marriage licenses from DC Superior Court.
James and Robert were married on the sidewalk in front of the courthouse with friends and family looking on.
At HRC headquarters on Rhode Island Avenue, three couples tied the knot – Angelisa and Sinjoya, Reggie and Rocky, and Darlene and Lorilyn (same order as they appear in the set).
Later in the afternoon, Rick and Terrance were wed with the help of their two children at All Souls Unitarian Church in Columbia Heights, the church where Mayor Fenty signed the marriage bill into law in December.
