I hope you’re all as excited about the new Runaways movie as I am! If you’re a Runaways fan, you will want to put this event in your calendar. Cherie Currie was a sixteen year old valley girl when she joined the group to become its singer, along with Joan Jett, Lita Ford, Jackie Fox and Sandy West. She has written a book about her time with the group called Neon Angel: Memoir of a Runaway, and she’ll be signing copies right on the Sunset Strip at Book Soup (8818 Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood).
