Karl Jones, Shea Van Horn, and Bil Todd (the three promoters behind alterna-gay events like TAINT, CRACK, MIXTAPE, and NOWHERE) are back with another raunchy night of disco and sleaze. Join them for RAW, a night that feels like disco dancing in a bathhouse this Friday at the Green Lantern.

RAW evokes the late 70s and early 80s, when going out felt riskier and dirtier. DJs Van Horn and Todd, providing the RAW soundtrack, sidestep the mainstream and opt for underground and alternative electro, disco, and new wave. Last month they played Boney M, In Flagranti, Ssion, Bobby O, Neon Workout, Shit Robot, Patrick Cowley, and more.

This month, the RAW promoters are working to make the party even nastier. There will be more explicit video installations, special guests, rewards for people who are willing to take off clothing, and other dirty surprises. As always, guests are encouraged to wear leather, fetish, retro gay gear, or anything else that feels RAW.
