Find a person/partner/submissive that you’re close to, with which you have a mutual base of trust, and give it a go. There is no manual since BDSM specifics between a Master and a slave is completely unique to each dynamic (which makes sense). Just be safe and open and truly own, and believe in, that roleplay or the entire scenario will collapse. If you don’t truly dive in to it, then you guys will just end up spending the night playing Wii.

BDSM, while interesting to read about, is one of those things that you only experience/learn by doing. Just try it out, enjoy your time as Master/slave, and most importantly: Have Fun.
