Well, 2009 sure was one helluva year, wasn’t it? I’m not even going to begin to summarize the events that made it so, ahem, special. For some of us it was wonderful, for others a complete nightmare. So, tonight, wherever you are, let’s make a toast and bid farewell to 2009.

New Year’s Eve 2009:

• South Beach - DJ Scotty K from Los Angeles. $20 at Door. Complimentary champagne toast at midnight. 800 Pacific – 18+
• Guava Lamp – Legendary Lady Bunny performs at 10pm and spins after midnight. NO COVER. Free valet parking. 570 Waugh – 21+
• Blur – Blur NYE. Doors at 10pm. $10 in advance. Unpublished door price, but expect $20 or so. 710 Pacific – 18+
• Meteor – NYE Party w/ dancers in the showers all night. Complimentary champagne toast at midnight. No cover. 2306 Genesee – 21+
• 13 Celsius – NYE/Birthday Bash. 13C celebrates its first birthday. $15 at the door gets you a slice of birthday cake and a champagne toast at midnight. 3000 Caroline – 21+
