Song of the Day: Beach House, “Norway”
So we here at TNG are not always the quickest when it comes to delivering the newest music to you. Admittedly, Song of the Day was off for a month, so there are many jams that you may have been missing. However, if you are on the internet as much as me, you may have noticed this new track from Baltimore’s finest Beach House debuted the week before last.
“Norway” is the most full-bodied Beach House have ever been. It is as hazy as their previous material, but more peppy. The vocals are the biggest achievement, rising well beyond the more subdued material. Once the shimmery guitar and organ take you, there is no escape- this song just slays.  If you haven’t heard this track, do so now. You can thank me later.
