Your Morning Upper: The Horror of Thanksgiving

This post was submitted by John "Jolly" Bavoso

Mornings suck. So every morning TNG brings you a fun video to ease the pain.

Outside of Peanuts and cooking shows, Thanksgiving is a holiday that just doesn’t get much in the way of TV specials like Halloween or Christmas. So SNL imagined what Vincent Price, the master of horror, might come up with in terms of a Thanksgiving special. Lucy and Desi, Judy Garland and Albert Hitchcock all make appearances. It’s a little bizarre, but if your family’s Thanksgivings are more Addams Family than Leave it to Beaver, you’ll appreciate it. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

And if you want to see the Thanksgiving of horror (or Bond movie marathons or Syfy movie marathons or Holiday programs), then check out this list of movie marathons & Holiday episodes and specials for tonight and the rest of the Thanksgiving weekend.

    Good day! .! Happy Thanksgiving!!! :) :) :) :)
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays, and every year I like to get into the mood-extend the holiday, as it were-by reading “Thanksgiving novels.” Unsurprisingly, all these stories are mostly about family and friends, about coming together to heal old hurts and showing thanks for the gift of love. … . ::
