punkpassageHere’s a quick tip for you homopunx looking for something to do this Tuesday. As part of an ongoing series of exhibitions at the San Francisco public libraries called “Punk Passage San Francisco First Wave Punk 1977-1981,” the Eureka Valley/Harvey Milk Memorial Branch will host a panel discussion with various queer punk luminaries about how being Queer influenced their music. They will also share their experiences about playing in the San Francisco punk scene in the 80s and 90s. The panelists include KD Davis, bass player for Wilma and Impulse F, Debbie Hopkins, drummer for The Contractions, and Jon Ginoli, founder of Pansy Division.
