Rainy day music week here at TNG continues with a new track from Sweden’s prettiest (musically) and palest (facially) band, Fredrik. Originally a side project of The LK, Fredrik’s 2008 debut Na Na Ni earned itself constant rotation in my houses coveted “Still drinking coffee and will kill anyone who tries to talk to me” 8 am music slot. Pretty to the point of hypnotic, and utilizing harmonies like Abba never left, their new track “Locked in The Basement” gives me high hopes for their November sophomore album Trilogi.
