Your Morning Upper: Going Up?

Mornings suck. So every morning TNG brings you a fun video to help ease the pain.

At best, elevator rides are pretty uneventful occurances in one’s everyday life, and at worst they can turn into supremely awkward experiences. (Unless you’re on the show Grey’s Anatomy, where you’re likely to find a lot of sex and lip-locking in just about every elevator.) The folks at New York’s Standard hotel, however, wanted a trip in their elevator to be an artistic experience, so they hired artist Marco Brambillo to create a video art installation to play in the hotel’s otherwise normal lifts. The result, above, is a piece entitled “Civilization” and it takes my breath away. I would have never wanted to exit this particular elevator, which is quite a feat.

Is this really the newest, gayest thing out there right now? I think somebody needs to put some more effort into finding new material.

I agree with FatAssCatMadison…what’s new and gay about this? That said there’s a little botique hotel in SD that has something very similar…if I can find the link I’ll post it. Good post, but we want more NEW GAY stuff.
