Every Saturday during the summer, Brightest Young Things hosts its Summer Camp party series at the Capitol Skyline Hotel pool. This Saturday BYT and MIXTAPE are teaming up to host JESUS CAMP, a special “gay” edition that will definitely be a religious experience!
A $10 day pass lets people swim and hang poolside from 12 to 8 p.m. while listening to music from the MIXTAPE DJs (Shea Van Horn and Matt Bailer) along with the “honorary gay” DJ Camp Counselor Cale. Plus, there’ll be evil hetero demon exorcisms, gay nuns, homo stigmata, camp flamer sing-a-longs, fabulous nativity scenes, and Skittles. Other activities will include cleansing out the straight in the baptismal pool, bedazzling crucifixes at craft time, and stoning breeders.
