Butt Magazine, and TNG Needs Illustrators
First, the cool news: Ryan Blomberg, the illustrator behind those awesome illustrations that run with my Indie Rock Fag columns, has been featured in Butt Magazine. I’ve never personally met the guy, but he is a lot of fun to email with and a great artist. Be sure to check it out.
Now, if you’re guessing that we started out with this good news to butter you up for something, you’re right. Ryan is currently TNG’s only illustrator and we don’t want to overextend him. That’s where you come in:
TNG is looking for your original art to use in your posts. If you draw or paint we can “commission” you to make an original illustration for a given post. We will credit you, link to any websites you have and generally help get eyes on your work. And we’ll love you forever for adding some visual panache to our written content.
