The Whitman-Walker Clinic will hold “Empowerment Through Health,” its second day-long conference on the health needs of lesbians, bisexual women and transgender men and women, on Saturday, June 6, at the Hotel Palomar.
The conference will include a full day of workshops on topics such as coming out to your health care provider, herbal medicine, intimate partner violence, osteoporosis, safe sex, parenthood and getting older.
