On Monday I posted “Autotune The News,” a little video that demonstrates how voice-fabrication software can turn anything into a hit pop song. DJ Steve Porter has taken that one step further by turning a cheesy informercial for the “Slap Chop” into an actually quite catchy rap hit.Things to note in this video include how DJ Steve so seamlessly edited the sound and video, why the host Vince looks so much like a boy band reject and if, in fact, everyone out there actually hates making salad. There will be a quiz in the comments section.
