I never took Chemistry in high school. I took Physics instead because the teacher was cute. But since Chemistry and Physics were in the same class room I did see this warning poster of “Carol.” The original poster stated, “Carol never wore her safety goggles, now she doesn’t need to.” There was a picture of a blind woman with a cane, which implied that if you didn’t wear you’re safety goggles, you would go blind from some random chemical. I spent some classes just staring and laughing at the sign. This video shows all the variations of people’s own versions of the Carol poster. Some are pop culture based, some are just dumb, some are hilarious, but all will warn you of what will happen if you don’t wear safety goggles!
