Event Details: DC Weekend Preview - Pomp and Circumstance Edition - :

tasselHappy Thursday, dear readers! Welcome to yet another edition of your DC Weekend Preview. I myself missed out on all of the fun events going on in the District last weekend because I was in Central Pennsylvania for my brother’s law school graduation. It was also supposed to be my graduation weekend from grad school but let’s not talk about that (unless you’re my parents, in which case that’s all you want to talk about). Many schools around the country, and right here in DC, are having commencements this weekend – congrats to all of this year’s graduates (TNG’s own Corey, for instance!)!

Whether you have yet to graduate, did so long ago, or have no intention of ever doing so, there are plenty of other reasons to celebrate this weekend! So put this song on repeat and check out a list of events going on right here in DC this weekend for you to check out.

Got an event you think TNG readers should know about? Leave the details in the comments below or email them to events@thenewgay.net and we’ll get them up on the calendar ASAP!
