You are invited to join the National Stonewall Democrats as they continue the celebration of change and commemorate a historic occasion, the 40th Anniversary of the Stonewall Riots, at this year’s annual Capitol Champions celebration.
Capitol Champions is the signature event of Stonewall Democrats and DC’s opportunity to recognize a select few who have made significant contributions to the struggle for full equality. Hosted by congressional members, past events have included House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, presidential candidates, and key congressional committee chairs.
