		<description>Wonderful article, Jolly. You&#039;ve raised some great points and really provided a path way for working with the countries in Africa on LGBT rights. The current administration is going to go ahead and sign the non-binding UN resolution, which is a step in the right direction as you said. 

Hopefully with our new promise of engagement with the rest of the world we can put forth the resources to help the LGBT groups on the ground over there.</description>
