We encourage you to say "fuck it" to overly manicured and uncomfortable clothing styles and to come dressed as yourself.

Sounds great to me. I felt relieved when I read that, as though I had been released from the tyranny of the "fabulous".

PLEASE have more parties like this. Please encourage a more natural, relaxed approach to nightlife that counters the very stylized and affected vibe of the usual gay night(mare) out.

ewww ewww ewww… you people are so gross. “fuck it” and be who you are? many people’s expression of my their queer selves is about being sexy and feeling confident? one can move beyond these elementary standards of objectification and not need to be told by some hypocritical blog that our fashion expressions are illegitimate.

thanks for making me feel not welcome. maybe next month, you can have a “lose weight and look like the rest of us” party to make everyone with weight issues feel uncomfortable. seriously….gross!
