At TNG, we love anything that supports those living with HIV/AIDS. Which is why Food and Friends, a group that provides home-delivered meals and groceries at no cost to people who have HIV/AIDS, cancer and other illnesses, is so important.
Support this organization tomorrow night by going out to dinner. 150 area restaurants will be donating a percentage of their profits to Food and Friends, some as much as 100%. Having participated before, I can say that Dining Out for Life is a fantastic night out, and to make it more fun, drag queens will be visiting restaurants on the 17th St. strip. They’ll be on Queen Force One, which will shuttle them around, before dropping them off at Cobalt for the after party, where they will compete for the title of Ms. Dining Out for Life.
Last year I went to Skewers and it was packed, so if you’re thinking of going tomorrow, a reservation might be a good idea. Click here for participating restaurants.
